I write in reference to an MT103 sent to your good bank on 18 January 2022
These funds were sent in error and we (UBA Uganda and our USD correspondent CITIBANK US) have sent several messages of recall that have received no response.
We actually wrote MT999 directly to yourselves and still no response.
Kindly but urgently return funds as our ordering customer is getting impatient OR advise any challenges being faced in returning these funds.
